RECRUITMENT

If you are applying for a Nanny position please fill out the enclosed forms.

For a Psychological Nanny position you must hold the following credentials:

• Have an Associate degree or better

• Have some education in Psychology

• Be a US Citizen

• Be here on a ‘Work Visa’ specifying that you will be working as a Nanny

• Be prepared for a questionnaire which will determine your ability to be trained as a Psychological Nanny

• If you are deemed not qualified to be a Psychological Nanny we can still employ you as a Traditional Nanny

For a Traditional Nanny:

• Have experience as a Nanny 

• Have the minimum of a High School education

• Be of stable and good personal character

• Be a US Citizen or have a work Visa

• Undergo a screening and intake questionnaire

• Have no record of any issues with Law Enforcement

• If possible submit references from previous employers

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Be free of all addictions

All applicants must undergo a personal interview with The Director or an Affiliate State Licensed Therapist. We are a LOVING organization and hope that our screening process doesn’t cause you to be anxious. All applicants will be treated with the care and sensitivity that we hope you have as a Nanny.
