Psychological Nannies

All Nannies are carefully chosen by our staff and all meet with the Director. There are weekly meetings with

all Nannies whereby each Nanny describes the day to day events that are observed. During a team meeting which is lead by either the Director, or another trained and Licensed Therapist each Nanny describes their experience working with the family. 

When a potential  problem is spotted by the Nanny a conference  will be called with the Director. If it is deemed that there is a potential problem, the Director will contact the family and carefully explain what has been observed.  If it appears to be a problem that could effect the future development of the child or children the family will be notified.  Previsions can then be made to correct the problem (s). 

Traditional Nannies

In addition to Psychological Nannies we also provide  Traditional  Nanny services. Here, as with Psychological Nannies, each nanny is carefully trained to provide the best nanny service available. These nannies have not been trained to observe any family issues; they are trained as traditional nannies. We only choose staff that are of good moral fiber, sweet, personable and love children.
